How do I make a purchase?

Placing an order with Michelle-en-Vogue is easy. Simply follow the steps bellow:

  1. After selecting an item you wish to purchase, choose an available size then click on the "add to cart" to place your order in the shopping bag. You can either check out as a guest or creat an account and register your customer data with us for future purchases.
  2. When you proceed to checkout you can review your shopping cart. Then click on "Enter Customer Information".
  3. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You will see an order number and a "Thank You" indicating this.
  4. Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Soon after the shipment has been picked up by UPS, you will receive another e-mail, providing the tracking number of your package.

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our Site. Yet, occasionally we do sell out of products. You will receive an e-mail if an item that you have ordered is out-of-stock. The changes will be reflected on your invoice.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your item(s) ship, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. At any time you can track your shipment by referring to UPS's website at www.ups.com. Simply type in the tracking number of your package that was e-mailed to you..

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. At this time we do not accept checks, money orders or allow C.O.D. orders.

What are your shipping and return policies?

If we ship via UPS, during the check out process your location (as identified by your Zip/Postal Code) will be used in combination of the total weight of your order to determine your shipping amount. At times we will offer free shipping for orders over a specified dollar amount, as noted at the top of our website  pages. When free shipping is offered it will apply for orders within the 48 contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Returns are free of charge within the U.S. and we will provide you with a return label. We also may ship your order via U.S. Postal Service for a flat-rate.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We charge a flat-rate through U.S. Postal Service First Class Priority. If you prefer another shipping method, this can be arranged by contacting us at customerservice@michelle-en-vogue.com.

What if I need to request a refund?

If you request a refund we will credit back the full purchase price excluding shipping or other related handling costs that may have been applicable to your order. You have the option to receive credit on your Michelle-en-Vogue account and apply that towards future purchases or we can credit the card that you used for your payment.
